Hey guys, A quick introduction. My name is Jeff. I'm from British Columbia, Canada. Father of two, record and guitar collector, fishing nut and cook. My biggest passion is cooking in general. Not just BBQ, but all styles of cooking. I cook for our family and friends 98% of the time. Looking forward to sharing my experiences on the BPS EDS. I put it together last weekend and am already planning the next several weekend meals.

Hello everybody, my name is Jack and I just got my BPS kit. I'm an A-10 crew chief (Air Force aircraft mechanic) in CA but I'm moving to AZ next month.
I'd only smoked one thing before, I normally just BBQ'd. My friend (auxren here) has gotten me very interested in doing it more.

Well just realized that I never posted about who I am, Well my name is Marshall but you can me smitty. I am a husband and father of 3, 2 girls 1 boy. Just over the past few years the bbqing bug has bitten me. I am still learning so bare with me. Glad to be apart of this board and thanks Big Poppa for making this place for us!

Figured if I am going to spend some time here I should probably introduce myself. My name is Chad and I am located in UT. During the day I own an operate a garage customization company and I spend most of my free internet time on a custom knife forum. I have two little girls with a third one on the way.
I am just getting into drum smoking. I have pushed my gas grill to its limits and I am ready to take the next step. I just dropped off my drum at the sandblaster last week and I getting ready to place the orders for the BPD kit and a thermometer. So I am starting right at the beginning.
I am going to try and be as active as possible here, super excited that you guys added tapatalk (thanks). You guys have already answered a lot of my questions just by reading a searching. Thank you! Look forward to interacting with you all.

Will do. Although I will have a hard time living up to some of the builds that I have seen here.

Welcome Chad! There are all good looking drums when you use BP's kit. Takes all th quess work out of your build!
lol, what comes out of the inside of your drum is more important than how it looks on the outside! Sheesh, I can't believe I just said that. Don't tell BP I said that...shshhhh lets just keep that between us!
