Hope all had a Great weekend, here in the Land of Cheese it was Fantastic!!!!!!!!!! Did St. Louis ribs and Started to enjoy the Weather!!!!!!!!
I had to volunteer to cook next weekend and it was accepted
. The problem is I've never cooked 3-4 Racks of St. Louis Spare Ribs a the same time. I figure they will fit on my BPS but, with that much meat, what about the center/side temp differencees. Any suggestions?? I'm sure it can be done, just I've never done it!! So Help!!!!!!!!!!
