Anytime just tell when you leave home, I'll make some PP before you arrive the ribs were great, steady on 100*C - 113*C all the time. went on aprox 13:45 and done 18:15... got a good tip on the mopping sauce, that made the day.

Used aprox 3kg charcoal and half the chimney with briquets. Started with a hole in the middle and wood chunks dearest so when the briquets came in, I had smoke right away.

had a check right now and the temperature were steady 200*F, and still an hour left i think.

Well can't tell It's my brother inlaw's team resepie. Sorry. But I usually use sweet babyray on mutch. And dipping sauer.
