Ok Ill have a hasty bake and a mak two star available to me on the fourth....family trip to lake tahoe sorry I wont have a drum but lucky to have the ones I will have!

The drum has pork butt duty followed by a couple of pounds of pig candy after.

If it's hot there Jeanie I think your friends won't be dodging your throws. In fact they may be running towards them.

Im having a big family gathering on Saturday, gonna throw a while mess of pork on my drum for everyone. Thinking about doing some rib practice while Im at it, since I got my hat handed to me at my last comp.

First attempt at pulled pork. Just bought the pork at Costco, and was pleased to find the competition bags of Kingsford there as well (on sale 2 18 lb bags for about 16.00. For now, I plan on re watching the BPSTV on Pulled pork and maybe use the injection suggested by cowgirl in a post last week.
