added the weber lid, had to add a 1/2" X 1/8" aluminum strip around the inside of the drum so the weber lip would fit snug, cut about 1 1/2"down on the lip, added 4- 1 1/2" ss bolts and high temp sealant, it fit very snug. If any one would like more detailed pics i will get them.
here it is complete, i added some casters on the bottom, and the side tables are off a charbroiler gas grill they bolted up with very little fab work, the weber was a $25 dollar craigslist find and the side tables came off a neighbors throw away charbroiler ( i sanded them down and painted them), and the casters were free off a old project at work.
