Well soon it's back to work, so desided to hot smoke my trout. Cedar tree planks were set for soak.

Prepared the fish and covered it in mustard, brown sugguar, lime pepper and dill.

Heated the planks untill they started to smoke, and turned them. Om the upper u bolts I had a spare grate and placed a smal pizza pan as heat shield, the grate with the cedar tree, trout and potatoes were placed on top.
