I got my kit today and noticed that the thermometer was reading 125 degrees right out of the box. Has anyone seen that with their kit? Do I need to calibrate and of so, how do you adjust the display on a side mounted thermometer gauge???
Thank you. After I sent this post, I saw the little sticker on the back of the dial that says it calibrated for those temps. I feel like a total noobie!
