Long time sice I posted here, and to long sinse I smoked on the drum. But Yesterday I made some tasty moinkballs :)

You will need:

800gr. Minched meat
1 yellow onion,
1-2 cloves garlic
2-4 tb spoons nafle taco seasoning
1 chilli, (non seeded for some more heat)

Smoked for 40 min on 200*F

glaced three times the last 15 min ..

stick around...I dont get it you smoke in the winter and not the summer or have you gotten a new smoker?

I'm not square... everyone else loves to BBQ/ smoke in the heat in the summer... I do it all year but moustly in fall, winter and spring... to much to do in the summer :p not gotten a new smoker, but planning to strip and powdercoat my drum. and seems like I will have to build some more UDS for more "friends" next year. :)

Just love this tool (BP- engennered UDS)

Yes Chilli Head, done that, and yesterday i sliced some and used as pizza topping, as Iwould have done with peperoni. :) served as a teaser on my work too for some costomers just reheated them in the oven for 10 min.
