Had a good 4th smoked a brisket and some ribs.
Fired up the drum.
Got the brisket all seasoned up
The ribs are all ready to roll
Pulled the brisket off
Made some burnt ends
Started slicing it up
Pulled the ribs off
The brisket came out pretty good a little dry but the ribs imo came out really nice.
