Better than Wildomar but no walks as of yet.
Overall 49th out of 70
Chickened. 30th
Ribs 45th were not done even with all the practiceice i have been doing.
Pork 49th I saw this one coming it was over cooked no slices just pull and chunked. For some reason i decided to wrap the butt even tho did not practice this way. Bad mistake
Brisket 52nd another stupid mistake by me never try to pick up a done brisket with a pig tail flipper to took a six peace right down the middle of the brisket following the grain. Had a hard time getting slices.
It still was alot of fun.
