Greetings from South Carolina. I finished my drum and got her seasoned on Saturday. Well finished is a stretch,,, how about usable? Really I just need to paint the outside and install ball valves if I'm gonna. But for now the fridge magnets to cover the vents will get me down the road a piece.
Then I fired up it up on Sunday and did a couple of racks. The rack on the left got sampled a couple of times throughout the cook.
For the sides I did some sweet-n-spicy baked beans and sour cream slaw.
And for dessert I dug out the last of the blackberries from last year and made a cobbler.
