For the fourth, I put two pork butts from Costco on the drum for my first attempt at pulled pork.

I actually don't like beans (texture thing I don't like baked potatoes either, I know that is weird) but I tried them anyways, they tasted good, but I still could only do a few bites. My family really liked them though.
Pork was good, it was very moist.
After three hours
After coming to temp and resting for about 2 hours in foil.
I forgot to take a picture after pulling.
I made all of this for about 8 adults and a few kids. So there is quite a bit of meat left.
What are some good recipes for the leftovers?
