They really look great. Additionally to Scooter's question what temperature and how long did you cook them? I am thinking about cooking ribs this afternoon in my drum and thought I would use the 2/1/1 method trying to hold tempt around 225.
I used some simply marvelous pecan and sweet and spicy rub. I smoked the ribs for 4 hours and sprtz them every hour with apple and pineapple juice. After the fourth hour I wrapped them in foil for a hour. Then urapped them and sauce for a half hour. I used Kansas City cowtown mixed some of the rub in the sauce.
I bet they tasted wonderful! The forecast is for a sunny day, today, for the first time in two weeks. I have a slab of St. Louis Ribs marinating and plan to smoke them later today. Nice project to perform while watching football!
