Finally getting a chance to smoke.. I have a pork butt in the fridge, glued with olive oil and dusted with a pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, season salt mix.... This is my go to on steaks, so we will see how it does on the butt!!

Started the fire about 4:30 am... Meat went on about 5:30 am.... Other than some meat thermometer issues everything looks to be on track... Gonna have to make a run to the store to replace the temp meat thermometer that I bought to replace the screwy meat thermo....
