I think money or sweet money is good too. If I'm running low on rubs I'll just mix em together and use that.

I followed THIS recipe last night with using sweet money rub and a little finishing rub.
Also used my own BBQ sauce.
Can definitely say this was hands down the best pulled pork I made to date.
Has a little spice to it, with a little sweetness.
Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!!!

It really is the preferred method of doing pork butt in my backyard. It's simple to follow, clear instructions, everything included (injection recipe, wrapping mixture recipe, finishing sauce) Always comes out great. Very pleased you tried it!
