Scooter describe for me the money rub...best you can. Is it more of a sweet or what? I've been using Tony C's on my chicken which i love but need to mix it up a bit. Chicken @ 325 on the BPS is the bomb!
Money is a very nicely balanced (salty/sweet) all purpose rub. It's pretty forward with garlic and herbs and a citrus note. It's course like Montreal Seasoning but more balanced. I use it on chicken mostly and when I use it on pork I add more brown sugar to it. Sweet Money has a more sweet balance to it and was made for pork or anywhere you want more sweetness than the original Money gives you.
I think BP can give you the philosophy behind the creation.
The chicken looks great. I'll give drum chicken a try for my second cook. Could you tell me how much fuel you used? About how long was the cook? And I'm assuming you went to an internal temp of 165.
