Got my guru and BP adapter last week
Fired off the drum with some BGE lump and a few peach chunks. Held rock steady @ 225 for the entire cook!
Here's some St Louis style ribs after 2 hrs. Pulled them after 5 1/2 hrs. I was so excited to eat them I fogot to take any more pictures!
