Seasoned with Blues Hog Sweet and Savory and then sauced the last 5 minutes with Blues Hog Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce. Both available at Big Poppa Smokers. Cooked on a BPS stainless drum at 350 degrees until the chicken reads 185 degrees. Used a popper rack to stand them up when cooking. When sauce layer flat on the grill to keep the sauce off the rack for easy cleanup
