B Bigwill New member Apr 7, 2013 #1 I'm interested in adding a second smoking grate (and maybe even a third, if I top it with a Weber kettle lid) to my drum smoker. Any advice on where to put my grate levels? Should I add a second thermometer? Where should I put the thermometer(s)? Thanks for the input.
