Quick question about butts....

.....Pork butts that is. I have been cooking boneless pork butts the way that Big Poppa showed in his video. 3 hrs unwrapped, and 3 hrs wrapped. They come out perfect every time. If I use a butt with the blade bone still in, can I anticipate the same cook times? Does the bone add to the cook time?
