What my weekend consisted of: Smokin on my Big Poppa Drum Smoker
Fist i trimmed and prepped St. Louis and Spare ribs with Big Poppa's MONEY Rub!! While i set my smoker at 250 degrees
While the ribs were in the smoker, I also prepped some appetizers!
I call them Fattie Balls and Stuffed Jalapeños
