Wildomar BBQ Comp

We cook at the Wildomar BBQ Comp this weekend. Got our butts kick, but did manage a 10th place call in brisket! Cooked our brisket and butt on the BPS drum and it worked great. We added a heat deflector (pizza pan), thanks Wes for the idea, and used our Ique Pitmaster, and the temps held rock solid.

I am still amazed how fuel efficient those drums are.
