Finally got around to posting. Yesterdays Sunday consisted of some smoking fun day!
Gilled Chicken, Steak Tacos & Bacon & Cheese Patatoes:


Chicken Fajitas & Steak seasoned with Little Louie's Rub:

For some appetizers we sliced some potatoes and spread them on some foil with a base of oil:

After I let the potatoes smoke for a good 20 min i then pulled them out and sprinkled bacon bits and cheese then put them back in the smoker for another 5-10 min.

Oh yeah,, looks good. I suspect I'll be trying to duplicate those potatos real soon,, thanks for sharing!

That's a massive plate of great looking grub!! Nice job Christina but I don't see the bacon cheese taters on that plate!? Must be an illusion!
