Question about airflow

I scored a Weber kettle lid that someone was throwing out. I know people are using these. My question is the amount of exhaust. Obviously the Weber only has four holes compared to the eight on the BPS. Is this reduction going to cause any issues with my airflow?

Not unless you're cooking with both bottom vents open. The holes in the lid are equivalent to one bottom vent fully open.
