I made a batch of Pita to go with one of the greek pork braids.

The pita recipe...
1pkg yeast dissolved in 1 1/4 cup of warm water
3 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
knead and let it rise for 2 hours or until doubled
divide into 8 to 12 pieces and let them rest for 20 minutes..
then roll out into 5 or 6 inch rounds...
heat cast iron skillet in drum..at least 350 degrees F
each pita takes about 4 minutes, turn once for even browning.
Pita and drum smoked greek pork braid..
topped with tzatziki sauce...
I wish I would have made more pitas, they went fast.
