both chefs bought drums....they are cooking all the stuff on three drums

I'm impressed a commercial operation went with drums. I'd have figured they'd go with more "set it and forget it" type cookers. I know the drums are pretty reliable but they do take some watching especially when you have a restaurant full of people coming to dinner. Kudo's to them for dishing out real BBQ!
