Hello all,
Its been quite awhile since I was last here and I do apologize.
Life has been keeping me really, really busy.
I remembered to come back because I had a questions that I knew this group could answer.
My buddy is having a party next weekend at his house. He has a couple acres of corn field that we turned into a corn maze...(pretty cool one too.) Besides this corn maze he has at least another acre of pumpkins.
He and his family are throwing this party of their friends and their kids. Everyone gets to pick pumpkins (over 1000 of them at last count) and hang out in the corn maze. After that, there will be some socializing, drinking and some eating.
My buddy wants to do some smoking, but doesn't know what to put in the smoker.
Does anyone have suggestions for us. We want to smoke for about 30ish people.
Any thoughts on this would be awesome. I know for sure that we don't want to do a briskets, other than that, its fair game.
