B Big Poppa Administrator Nov 10, 2012 #1 Ok lit the drum to 250...seasoned the Prime Rib Eyes with Big Poppa Jalalujah Jalapeno Seasoning salt...When they hit 128 I pulled and rested them and did a lower basket gentile sear! These drum steaks are the juciest by far!
