At what temp. Do most of you guys smoke your fatties. What IT are they done. Going to cook my first fatties for dinneru

I cook mine at 275* as for the IT i pay more attention to the bacon wrap when it is done i pull it. The sausage will be done way before the bacon ever is.

First fattie just came off the smoker. My play on a bacon cheddar cheeseburger. The kids loved it. I am hooked now. Can't wait to do some more.Fattie Rolled Bacon Weave Photo by bigr314 | Photobucket

If you want to try something new do a meatloaf fattie. Do the same thing but use hamburger meat and stuff it with sauté mushrooms, onions, spinach let it cool and add feta cheese
