Chicken Cooker

First cook on our drum. I always like to start with something simple, and cheap. We put in a hanging system in our drum, using rebar and some meat hooks. Chicken cooked in a little over two hours. Moist, tender and good flavor.

Way cool, I love chicken off the drum. I would keep a drum just for chicken. We need more info and photos on the hanging system.

Same here. Same holes and rebar mod planned. Already have the sheet magnet to cover the holes when not in use.

The chickies look Great. I'm trying to resist another mod but it's hard.
