Just bought a food savor and a pork belly from Costco. Homemade bacon, for the first time. I know this is a gallery section, but the pictures will come in a couple weeks when the bacon is smoking. Any tips or resources?

On youtube, search for a user named SmokyRibs,,, if I'm not mistaken Russ just did some homemade bacon and made a video.
