So with thanksgiving right around the corner. I plan on doing a turkey on the snooker. Curious as to if anyone can share their successful recipes. Trying to figure out how I want to go about this.

Have you tried this on a UDS? I am a newbie to drum smoking and want to try it for Thanksgiving. Do you suggest keeping the temp at 275 and still cook it at 20 minutes per pound? Do you ever need to baste it while it's smoking?

now keep it a 225 and it will be around 250-265 in the center use a deflector plate if you want
