Thanksgiving Day Brisket & Brisket Chili Today

Yesterday i smoke a brisket on the UDS to go along with the Turkey. Rubbed it down West Coast Style today it is raining in So Cal why not chili.

It was a 16 lb prime brisket i got from Costco for 2.69 LB

Gave it the West coast rub down
Smoke it on the UDS at 275* for four hours and ready for the wrap

They are waiting for Grandpa to slice the turkey and brisket

And it is raining today so we have brisket chili. Going to be good
