Got my guru and BP adapter last week

Fired off the drum with some BGE lump and a few peach chunks. Held rock steady @ 225 for the entire cook!

Here's some St Louis style ribs after 2 hrs. Pulled them after 5 1/2 hrs. I was so excited to eat them I fogot to take any more pictures!

Pardon my ignorance, but is the BP adapter something that comes with the Guru? Did you have to modify the UDS to attach it, or did it just use one of the holes in the bottom vent?

Ah, ok. So I have a CyberQ for the BGE XL, and it has the 10cfm fan. I also have a BPS UDS. Doesn't that mean all I need is the adapter linked in the previous post? I just remove the bottom vent slide door and insert the adapter slide door in its place?

Thanks, UDSPowercat. I also have two GMG JBs, cook and judge KCBS as well. I'm the GMG moderator on a popular pellet forum, but sometimes I miss building fires. I've had my drum and BPS kit for a year just waiting to be built.
