Cut up whole chicken

We all no how it goes. You cook a whole chicken, even if it is spatchcocked. The White meat and the dark meat are done at different times ,at least for me. So I decide to follow the wisdom of some others and cook the chicken in quarters. I put the leg and thighs on with a 20 minute head start over the white meat. It only need 12 or 15 minute headstart. It will be something I keep.

chicken looks real good. nice color to it. is there a fitting that would could use for probes to go threw?
