Teriyaki pork loin

I fired up the drum today. Its been a month or longer but i wasn't letting a little snow stop me!

Slow cooked the loin chunk for about 5 hours with some kingsford and cherry chips. I roasted some mixed taters, carrots, onion and brussel sprouts to go with it.

It was great smelling the smoke again! Gotta do some ribs next.

I forgot to mention i marinated the loin in mr yoshidas teriyaki marinade/ grilling sauce for almost two days. It was good but didn't pick up as much flavor as i was expecting. Im going to try it with some beef next for some stir fry.
