Thanks BP. The food turned out great! I'm graduating from a Bradley electric, so I'm going to have a bit of a learning curve actually having to work with fire, but I've got no complaints thus far.

I had a learning curve coming from my leaky UDS to the BP EDS. Now that I got it under control, I use the EDS as often as I can. I got out and light it just to light it sometimes. And the fact that you can raise the basket and grill with it as well, NICE! Reverse seared Rib eye steaks .... YUM!

I'm betting that tenderloin was great!
