Smoker temp steady at 235 all afternoon..... Put the thermometer probe in at 6pm. 144F

Welp. The rain resumed at 8pm, and then snow at 9. Temp on the BP thermometer dropped from 235 to 210; IT was about 150. I opened the bottom vents to one full hole each side and smoker temp bounced back up. At about 11pm, IT stalled at 162 until 12:45. Fuel finally gone. Instead of adding more, I'm finishing in the oven. Tightly wrapped in foil with oven at 220. Glad I'm not working Friday.

I think it's gonna come out alright....
