    Pork Tenderloin Stuffed?

    With two tenderloin in a package sandwich between the two some swiss cheese and deli turkey.







    cooked at 325

    I used Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub on the outside. Once before stuffing and let sit and then again after tying together, very generous both times

    Looks delicious Jim! Love the overhead shot with the oozing cheese!! How long did you rest it before carving?

    I did not let it rest long enough before slicing, only 5 minutes and they need 15.
