Mixed grill cooking lesson on the drum

My niece just married a great guy who was interested in smoking We gave them a smoker and now a drum kit for their wedding present and I promised him a lesson....On sunday I cooked on his meadow creek three racks of ribs and two pork butts...I cooked on the chimney w a grill grate seared ahi

Then on the drum I cooked four pork tenderloins, one rack of lamb and two prime tri tips and 2 spatchcock chickens

one chicken was seasoned with Big Poppa's Little Louies Seasoned garlic salt with black pepper and one with simply marvelous spicy apple
