    "Sweet Money"

    I received a bottle of Sweet Money from BP for simply posting a cook to the forum a few weeks ago. Promised I would do a drum cook pronto to try it out.

    I took some skinless, boneless (and tasteless) chicken breasts, and sliced them into strips. Put some flour and a good measure of SM into a bag, shook to coat the strips, dipped in an egg wash and then panko crumbs also with a good measure of SM. Off to the drum with some apple pellets.





    Everyone really enjoyed the chicken with the Sweet Money. Not a crumb left! Thanks for the sample BP.

    Very nice at what temp did you have the drum at? I will try this for sure.
