    Out with the old....

Well, the ol' drum smoker took a hit sitting out, though covered, in our rainy, rainy, rainy winter weather. The poor thing was looking pretty sad. It was time to upgrade so this was last weekend's remodel project. Now the drum on the right is looking like a plain jane. Will have to think of something for it.

Scooter....A small market team. No big $$ like Sanfrancisco , Denver or New England. Look what they did! That, to me, is what's so impressive. We can't even claim " long term suffering Cubs fans" syndrome anymore. We'll deal with that.

Actually, now that they beat up on the niners I appreciate the seahawks more!
Used to hate playing the seahawks in that dome! Was unbelievably loud back then.

I never did go to a game in the"thunder dome" but friends said it was deafening. Probably not much different here now with the 12th man.

What an excellent idea swamprb! I could use that one when I take the drum on the road for an "away cook".
