Fired up the smoker today after a hiatus. Made some delicious tri-tip and chicken for friends; pretty standard stuff. I had a lady friend over for dinner so I stepped it up and made a leg of lamb and some veggies. I completely regret getting a pre-seasoned leg of lamb (it was on sale for a price I couldn't refuse), but it was superbly smoked.
I also got a stalk of brussel sprouts, cut them in half, and diced up a potato. I put them in a skillet with olive oil and Little Louie's. Best dish of the day. Took about an hour, but I just waited until the potatoes were ready. Next time I want to add in some onion.
Also, a bonus picture of the non-smoked, but still delicious, triple decker challah.
