I got some ground beef, veal and pork and made some meatballs on the drum last weekend. I seasoned them like a traditional Italian style meatball. They were smoked @225 for about 90 minutes and then finished off in sauce. I then made meatball hoagies with fresh French bread, parm and provelone cheese. My wife is not a big fan of smoke foods but she really liked these.
