Tri tip time

I picked up a nice looking tri tip from the meat market today.
Seasoned it up with some double secret then let it sweat awhile.
I made a couple twice baked taters and put those on first. Once done the
Tri tip went on, When the Tri tip hit 110 degrees I moved the coal
Basket to the top to get a nice char. Some garlic bread went on as we'll.
I'm loving my drum!
