Tips for lunch!

Rib tips that is!
I saved these off of the spares I cooked last week. These were dusted with blues hog rub and smoked with a couple chunks of apple wood.

After a couple hours of smoke and ready for some foiling with apple juice and margarine.

Out of the foil now and two of these got sauced with bone suckin sauce.
