St. Louis spares cooked at 225 on the therm (250) smoked with pecan and mesquite 3 hours uncovered, 2 foiled with some coke and then basted with coke sauce put back on smoker shutoff for 20 mins to set sauce.
Them ribs are pretty!
Foiled in coke..sound good! Just coke or did ya add butter or something else too?
