Ribeye!

Just drummed up the best steak I have ever made! I took the family to the local Farmer's Market and bought a great Ribeye, rubbed it with Money and some added black pepper. I followed BPs method of low basket at 250 until 110, flipped for a few minutes, then removed to rest. I brought up the basket to FIRE up the coals, and grilled each side for another minute.....came out great! Paired it with my wife's stuffed/fired zucchini flowers, and some local Grenache....SOOOOO good!
