Classic! Yet, still might be my favorite thing off the drum. I've never had more tender chicken breast in my life, quite amazing.

you can and sometimes I raise the basket and singe the skin to tighten it up but generally with me on the smoker it is meat side up

auxren that is such a good thing thats what one of these was for...crazy how much better our stuff is then processed lunch and salad meat

I agree the best chicken. I did a 24 hr brine and put butter and rub chicken2.jpg chicken.jpg chicken1.jpg under and on top the skin. Smoked at 325 till 165. Fantastic.
