Ribeye and baked potato

Hope everyone had a great weekend! This weekend I cooked ribeyes, baked potato's, zucchini and broccoli on the drum. Here's some pics...

Ribeye had Sweet Money and Jalleluja Salt (my new favorite mixture). I rubbed the steaks a couple hours ahead so any moisture that was pulled out from the salt had time to get back in. I also left it in the fridge up until it was time to cook so it would absorb as much smoke as possible. These came out great!

For the baked potato I rubbed them with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper and put them on the smoker at about 350-400 for an hour. I pulled them off when they reached about 200 deg IT. I also put some foiled broccoli with a little water to steam in the smoker. This is the first time I tried that and it worked quite well. Then I served with smoked sharp cheddar that I smoked in my drum cold smoker mod, bbq beans, bacon, green onions, sour cream
